The Pioneer Resort will be situated at the base of the Pirin mountain, 1km away from one of the 7 golf courses under development in the area. The ski lifts are approximately 4km away and there will be on site shuttles working throughout the year to and from the resort of Bansko and other local areas of natural beauty.

The site is the original Pioneer (Scouts) base for the region. It was chosen for its ideal location to commence trekking and skiing adventures from. This is why it is such a unique location. It is actually within the tree line so over 50% of the trees are to be kept to give the site a feeling of being well established and also in line with the philosophy of the developer to observe the areas natural beauty.

The developer is an Irish, British and Bulgarian partnershiip which is committed to building a beautiful, high quality resort that does justice to the stunning surroundings of the Pirin Mountain.

The project is in co-operation with the local municipality, in in total accordance with the Razlog Municipality Master Plan and has the backing of the Land Ministry.  This unique relationship commits us to employ locally whenever possible, which ensures the full support of the authorities in regards to the roll-out of the project in terms of utilities and the processing of permits. In addition we have committed ourselves to a minimal CO2 footprint policy and maximum respect for the environment in general.

The resort will also include a large professional spa centre and a boutique hotel. This will offer the purchasers of the apartments a revenue generating option if they want to sublet their apartments back to the hotel.

We have kept our communal space to below 10% by placing the hotel and amenities into other buildings.   In most other complexes you'll find that the communal space is a lot higher.
